I would like to point out that while doing my reps, particularly squats, I was NOT picking at my calluses like some did this morning.
Solid effort, Holt....solid
Thanks for noticing my hard work.
I have been working on multitasking.....the actual picking of calluses helps strengthen you finger muscles.
