Was checkin to see what you guys had posted for today and thought I would have at it! I video'd it, giving props to you guys in the begining and end, and it will post it on youtube tomorrow!

first set of pullups I couldn't go to full extention due to doing then on a smith machine (it was all I had at the time). 135lb DL. chest to the deck pushups. 20 inch box jumps. 50lb db kbs. jumping pullups for the last 25 pullups.

Could have done it faster, but am having back surgery in 3 weeks, and didn't go all out. (3rd back surgery. L4-L5 herniation....fibrosis from lamanectamy of L5-S1 impinging L5 nerve root.)
Great WOD though, and thank you very much! I'll give you guys a heads up when the vid is posted!
