Im interested in getting into Crossfit and was researching if there were any gyms or groups that met in Little Rock. Would you be able to prvide me with any information about your activities with Crossfit and Little Rock? I appreciate any point in the right direction. I couldnt tell if you were a gym or group that met or if it was just a support blog for people to log their workouts and follow along. Thanks!
