John's time as Rx 42:40...made me realize a few things;
1. 65# shoulder presses and hspu's are not even tradeoffs.
2. 80# lat pulls are not equivalent to pull ups.

you 20 minute guys are in for it next week:)

as Rxd 31:15 HSPU and squats are killing me.

45:17 AS Rx'd. Getting better at HSPUs, pull ups still suck though.
