For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.
Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty
pound vest or body armor, wear it.

48:57 as Rxd. Not my week these have all hurt bad.

42 min... that was tough

42:53 with 20lb vest...started to hard and it hurt...did the first mile in 6:23, and did 10 sets of 5/10/15 before running the last mile.
