"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Hard to keep count of reps, sets and breathing at the same time.

I only counted my lowest scores...which were pathetic 4/7/13/15.

I did this like a normal tabata and only counted my lowest reps from each cat(7, 14, 16, 13) which would give 400 multiplied. Should have read closer I think my score would've been a bit better(455 or so) not that I had the strength to stop and record all those numbers.

bryan you scored at least a 312 probably more considering that was your lowest rep count you recorded.

302 as Rx'd. This was actually my first Tabata event, but no excuse for the score. Can't wait for the next one...
