Hey crew - halfway through my 10 day forced Crossfit sabbatical due to a lower back strain. Swam 1/2 mile on Saturday; 1 mile yesterday. Great exercise but boring! Looking forward to getting back into the Crossfit swing. Will be focusing more on form and lower back strength building than amount of weight. Will begin posting again as soon as my workouts resume.

That sucks Fred but use the time to rest. I am still nursing mine back but I just pulled 235 Sat. when my pre injury PR was 210. My Doc. was right when she said "don't be stupid"
I don't know where your hurt but look up stretches for the psoas muscle I didn't know how much help some of them could be. I will see if I can find the Instructions Doc. gave me and scan them.
