REST DAY

We are adding something new to our rest day. It is called Skill Work. We will take one or two exercises a week and work on proper form. Proper form is critical in maximizing the intended effect of the exercise and also in preventing injury.

Skill Work: Push-ups

Work 10 sets of 10 push-ups today with strict form. This means that in the bottom of the push-up the chest, hips, thighs and chin should touch the floor at the same time on the way down and leave the floor at the same time on the way up.
