First squats since back injury 5 weeks ago. Didn't want to press it. Felt strong though.
"Angie" - 24:44 (PR). Biggest time killer was the pullups - 9:30. Felt some early fatigue due to my lay off. However, my time was 1:30 faster than my last "angie" in June.
Fred it is good to see you back I hope the time off has done you as well as mine did me. I have been wanting someone to compare notes with.
Angie: 20:18 Pull ups definately are a time killer especially after 50.
135/145/145/155/155/155/155/155 Squats are my weakest event I can do more weight if its just above parallel but we have been trying to go as low as possible.
