Yeah this one was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Still pretty weak on pull ups.

44:25 as Rx'd although had to use a machine to help with the pull ups.

when i was starting with pullups i found it most helpful to jump into the up position and slowly lower myself. it worked a lot faster for me than the assist machine. food for thought.

19:40 could not do the prescribed 185(thats too far past my BW) I went with 145.

I'll try that next time. Been getting better at pull ups lately. Started about 4 months back not being able to to any, now I'm able to at least do sets of 5. Let no one say that Crossfit doesn't work...
