For weighted pull-ups, placing a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles works great.

Scaled the thruster for my weight to 105# I cant even PP 135 yet.

19:29 with unweighted pullups. Tried a 20# vest for the first few reps and quickly went to muscle exhaustion.
